Application scope: Packaging of penicillin bottles, ampoule bottles, oral liquid bottles and other small round containers into the molded boxes.

System functions:

* Independent molded box loading design to ease linking with the labeling machine to complete the loading mechanism and further connecting with the box packaging machine. It also allows stand-alone operation to complete the loading operation.

* Exclusive intelligent micro-computer controller for loading to coordinate with a servo motor to achieve an accurate high-speed loading operation.

* Coordinated with an imported man-machine interface in which all operating parameters and system messages are displayed on the man-machine. Easy input of loading quantity and speed to achieve a simplified and convenient online operation.

* Convenient to change bottle shapes and loading quantity by just pressing the “engraved wheel positioning”. No input and memory are required.

* In the event of material shortage at the feeding buffer zone, the molded box will not accept loading; and in the event of excessive material amount, the labeling machine will not perform the labeling operation. These safety features will help the operator to work in ease.

* L-shaped molded box and bottle releasing design can be coordinated with the on-site handling conditions to enhance conveniences.

* The entire machine is constructed in SUS304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy to comply with GMP standard.
